The Kinmel Bay Coastal Defence Improvements Scheme will improve flood defences for coastal properties.

Update, December 2024:

• 14,000 tonnes of rock have been delivered from North Wales quarries, ready to be carefully placed as rock armour for the new sea defences.
• Our contractor has started raising sections of the seawall with pre-cast wall units.
• Work has started on 3 improved beach access points.
